Fernando leads the corporate team and the dispute resolution team at Lathrop Mujica Herrera & Diez Abogados. He has focused his practice on advising national and international clients in corporate, real estate, infrastructure, tax law, arbitration and civil litigation with a focus on family businesses operating in the automotive, manufacturing, real estate, wholesale trade, entertainment and gastronomy, aviation, and other industries.

Also, he serves as a director and advisor in national and international companies, as well as philanthropic entities.
