Experience
José María is in charge of the tax team at the firm. For over 12 years, he has been dedicated to advising companies and family groups on tax matters. This includes corporate reorganization, family tax planning, as well as support in audit processes with the SII and judicial procedures with the Tax and Customs Courts.
Additionally, he is a professor of the Diploma in Tax Analysis and Planning offered by the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. José María has participated as a speaker in various seminars, both in Chile and abroad. He has also published articles in specialized tax law journals in various countries.
